摘要：翻译是一种复杂的、动态的文化交流活动。译者是这一交流活动的中介,在翻译过程中起着至关重要的作用。译者的主体性会在从选择原语文本到生成目的语文本整个翻译过程中得以体现。因此,从某种意义而言,译者对翻译具有决定性的影响。然而多年的翻译实践证明，作为翻译活动主体的译者已经被边缘化。直到近几年，随着翻译研究将其注意力转向文化方面问题，译者主体性逐步受到国内外翻译学者的关注而成为了翻译界热烈讨论的话题之一。在总结以往相关研究的基础上，本文主要探讨翻译中的译者主体性的制约因素及其主要影响，以期深化有关译者主体性的研究。

translation. On the other hand, whether it is admirable or not, the obtrusion of the translators’ subjectivity does exist and function in the whole process of translation. The translator's subjectivity lies in his or her determination of the translation purpose, personal temperament, personality, translating style, creativity, his or her control over his or her translation freedom and so on. Hence, the translator, as the main subject of translation, should be liberated from their traditional status in translation. The study of the subjectivity in translation should be furthered.
Translators’ subjectivities have become necessary and important research subjects for translation researchers. But no matter what purposes or motives they have, translators cannot deal with the ST at will, ignoring the restrictions of the text or of the original writers. Moreover, the acceptability of the translation decides the value of translation. In other words, translation is restricted by many factors, which are always in interaction．
