We know when two people are in deep love with each other what they can feel is the sweet love and sweet memory, both of them are highly inspired by love, love is the best thing in the world for ones in deep love, so in both English and Chinese we find the similar metaphors.

4.2 Different between English and Chinese in conceptualization of love

The natural and physical environments shape a language, primarily its vocabulary, in an obvious way; consequently, it will shape the metaphors as well.
