摘要:关于教师的第一年的心酸教学历程,作为教师应该有什么样的信念呢?教师究竟会有什么样的福利和津贴呢

Binders with tabs are probably your best bet for organizing things like units and student information sheets such as education plans. Student educational plans should be readily accessible as that is where you will find most of the accommodations you need for that student, yet they are confidential. If they are carefully tucked away in a close by binder, then the teacher has access but the paperwork still remains confidential.

If teachers have not been provided with adequate shelving on which to store lesson plans, they may wish to keep papers needed readily accessible in file folders. Wire racks come in all different shapes and sizes to fit on desks so teachers should be able to find one that conveniently fits. There you may keep any folders you require throughout the day, including student education plans and daily lessons.

Remember that often supplies such as a wire file holder or file folders will be purchased for you by your school. Do not spend money where you need not spend money. There will plenty of spending throughout the school year on supplies for creative lesson plans.

Unit Files/Lesson Plans

You will want to begin a library of successful lesson plans to use from year to year. Chapter 5 will help you find the resources to do this. For storage, however, you may want to download your favorite plans onto a disc or jump drive, and keep related papers and visual aids in a binder. Regardless of how you want to store these units or lesson plans decide what you are going to use and prepare that storage system before you even write your first unit. Your system can be modified throughout the year, but you will find your first weeks of school a whirl wind of activities, paperwork and learning. The more organized you are before hand the better.
Student Records

Where students are concerned it cannot be stressed enough to be sure that accurate documentation is kept. There are several types of student records you will want on hand for your year with these children. This includes student contact information, which in most districts may be kept digitally, any interventions such as detentions or referrals as further discussed in Chapter 5, parent contact and conferences, and special education accommodations. Many schools recommend you store these records for a minimum of three years after the student has graduated from your class and will provide you with boxes and a storage area to do so. In the meantime, until all records are kept digitally a file cabinet will be necessary.

Attendance

As discussed early in the book there are several tasks that may require a teacher to be at her desk. One of those tasks is attendance. Today most attendance is taken digitally and must be done a computer terminal. New teachers can utilize the bell ringers discussed in Chapter 6 to kick of the period with student learning, but still allow them to take attendance. Another less attractive option is taking a hard copy of attendance and transposing the information to your software program after the students have gone. This presents several issues, including additional paperwork requiring more storage and homeroom teachers probably need to get the attendance to the office first thing in the morning.
Student Contact Information

First and foremost, make sure you are aware from day one where student phone numbers and oth论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
