Chapter 6 tells the story between the original author and medical career. It contains how the original author got interest in medicine, the difficulties he met on the road of pursuing school after choosing medicine as his college major, his transforming insights towards medicine and involves the ways to realize blindlessness for all humankind. This chapter includes as well some quotes from classical Chinese books and a modern poetry, which both conveys the original author’s cognition to medicine and his own understanding to medicine. Besides, the overall writing style is quite the same as chapter 3, featured by communicative text. Therefore, the author can find more than one examples to analyze the same problem.
