摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,本研究参考期末英语考试成绩将学生分成了高、中、低三组,分别从每个组里边挑选两人(一个男生,一个女生),共六人参与了访谈。通过访谈和自画轨迹图的方式来探寻影响学生定向动机流变化的因素。

alized how important and feasible the objective was,they behaved consistently andat a high level(Locke&Latham,1990;Locke,1996).Referencing the theory of the possibleself in psychology(Markus&Nurius,1986),Dornyei(2005,2009)proposed the theory of L2motivation self system,in which the ideal L2 self provided a vision framework for L2education.Based on the Goal Setting Theory,the vision of DMCs emphasized to set futuregoals with a tangible image in order to enhance the learners’perception of the goal and ignorethe interference factors in the learning environment,thus maintaining the focus on the goal.InDMCs,goal setting was not driven by external incentive,but rather by personal appreciationfor the activity.It was a self-harmonious objective.Sheldon and Elliot(1998,1999)andSheldon and Houser Marko(2001)suggested that one not only had the impetus anddetermination to pursue deeper goals,but also generated happiness and deep satisfaction tomaintain the impetus.It is an intentional,self-owned,and harmonious objective.Englishlanguage learners are more likely to generate DMCs if they are able to create such goals.

This part answers the first question of the thesis.It includes the main two parts.One isthe recognition and experience of senior high students’DMCs in English learning.The otherone is the times,duration,and willingness of senior high students to experience DMCs inEnglish learning.

4.1.1 The Recognition and Experience of Senior High Students’DMCs in EnglishLearning

In order to fully master the current situation of senior high school students’DMCs inEnglish learning,several questions are designed to test it.At the meantime,the frequency ofthe answers to these questions needs to be collected and analyzed.The data is shown in Table4-1.

5.1 Major Findings

This thesis concludes as follows.
