摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,本研究采用定性和定量相结合的研究方法开展研究,以北京171名高校英语教师为研究对象,运用SPSS 26.0对数据进行分析,采用逐步回归和Bootstrap对中介效应模型进行验证,并结合对三位被试的半结构化访谈分析结果。

本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,本研究根据探索性因子分析结果,从主观认识、专业知识和客观行为三个维度,运用自行设计的调查工具,对高校英语教师课程思政能力展开的实证研究具有一定的创新性。

Chapter One Introduction

1.1 Research Background

On May 28,2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guideline for theConstruction of CIE in Higher Education Schools,pointing out that it is necessary tolet all colleges and universities,all teachers,and all curricula shoulder theresponsibility of educating people so that all kinds of courses and ideologicaleducation courses will be in the same direction(Ministry of Education,2020).Toeffectively promote CIE,teachers play a very crucial role as the leading force.Onlywhen teachers have a high level of TCCIE and give full play to the impliciteducational function of specialized courses in order to realize the goal of curriculumeducation.Therefore,it is particularly important for teachers to improve their TCCIE.

Although there is no“curriculum-based ideological education”in foreigncountries,foreign scholars adopt the“subject of moral education”(Boyd 2004),“moral education and values education in the curriculum”(Zhu 2006),“valueseducation”(Hawkes 2009)and other expressions to substantially realize the functionof ideological education,which shows the importance of the educational function ofthe curriculum.

Based on this,this study attempts to explore the current situation,influencingfactors,and teachers’needs of TCCIE of college English teachers through the resultsof exploratory factor analysis,in order to provide some enlightenment for furtherimproving the TCCIE of college English teachers.

1.2 Research Purpose and Significance

This study explores the current situation of college English teachers’TCCIE,theinfluencing factors,and the teachers’needs to improve their TCCIE usingquestionnaires and interviews.On the one hand,the research results will promote theresearch progress of TCCIE of college English teachers in China to a certain extent.On the other hand,it has certain theoretical and practical significance for enrichingthe theoretical system of CIE and carrying out the next step of teaching reform,whichwill help to further enhance the effectiveness of human education in colleges anduniversities.

In terms of theoretical contribution,this study has the following significance:

On the one hand,this study is conducive to promoting the development ofcollege English teachers themselves.At present,the theoretical research on thedevelopment of college teachers in China is relatively rich,but the research on theTCCIE of college English teachers is still in its infancy.As a kind of teachingcompetence,TCCIE is of great significance for teachers’development.Therefore,thisattempt has a positive effect on promoting the development of the teachingcompetence of college English teachers in China.

2.1 Theoretical Basis

2.1.1 The Theory of All-round Human Development of Man
