of Second Language Acquisition.The American linguist Noam Chomsky refuted the structuralism theory as well as the behaviorismtheory of language learning in one of his books Linguistic Theory (Chomsky, 1966: 153)[8]. Conclusion


The amount of the data or response to questionnaires did not reach the writer’s expectations.The writer originally planned to obtain more data or responses from this questionnaire. But, in fact,only 126 responses were received. There are three limitations to this research: time, funds and astimulating way of inviting students to answer the questionnaire. Due to time limitation, the responsetime allocated for questionnaire was only four months (from August 2011 to the end of November2011). If the time frame could be extended, there would be more responses to the questionnaire. Upuntil March 2012, the author has been informed by the administration of the paid website that nearlyevery month new responses have been received. The website paid always asks if the author needs torecollect them. If she does, she will pay them again, if she doesn’t, they will keep the questionnairewebsite unavailable. Thus, it comes to the second limitation, money. In order to set up an attractiveand convenient online questionnaire and have objective and scientific statistical outcomes, the authoradopted a professional investigation website, which provides professional website design andadvanced software statistic according to different service fees. If the author wants to continue usingthe services of this website for a longer period and for many aspects, higher expenses will beincurred. The third limitation the author feels that affects the numbers of responses of thequestionnaire is the method of attracting students to answer the questionnaire. There are no monetaryor material incentives such as awards or gifts to encourage students to take an active part in thequestionnaire.
