that inte rpreting in this conference is determined by this  interpretational  eco-environment  at the specific m oment.  On the one hand, speakers and listeners are the main subjects, which would cast m ajor impact on the interpreters’ transformation. Interpreters have to adjust  to speakers’ speaking speed, accent,  pronunciation  and  other speaking features first, and  then condu ct  adaptive selection for listeners’ understanding about wh at the speakers say, then the ef fective communication  between them  could be  achieved.  On the other hand, external eco-environmental factors like political, economic and cultural environment do effect interpreters’ selection. For  interpreters, they must have abundant knowledge storage about one specific interpreting activ ity or they would be replaced for not adapting to this eco-environment; and during the interpreting process, they have to utilize all the knowledge and make dynamic and accurate sel ection to fit the giv en interpretational eco-environment  since the  specific  eco-environment  is dynam ically  changing. Therefore, to achieve th e interpretation with the highest level of integrated adaptive selection, many eco-environmental factors should be taken into consideration at the same time.
