For example, their learning interest, learning efficiency, autonomous learning ability and awareness of cooperation are improved. The learning plan can help them form the ability of autonomous learning and cooperative learning. Most of the teachers would compile the learning plan together, so it can improve the teachers’ cooperation between each other.
