;an  important  role  in  school education.  From  then  on,  the  researchers  never  stops  their  effort  on  classroom  teaching.  Sue  Home Lyyski’s  education  thought  is  that  “the  education  which  can  stimulate  the  students’  thought  of self-education”  is  the  real  education.  Meanwhile,  the  teaching  which  is  suitable  for  the  students  is  the effective  teaching.  The  'discovery  learning'  theory,  which  was  put  forward  by  Bruner,  the  famous educational  psychologist,  also  emphasized  that  the  students'  learning  process  should  be  the  process  of discovering  by  themselves  rather  than  receive  the  knowledge  passively.  Carl  Ransom  Rogers,  one  of  the representatives  of  the  humanism  theory,  put  forward  “the  student-center” guiding ideology.  What’s  more, he  also  thinks  that  the  teachers  must  convert  their  roles,  and  the  students  need  to  occupy  the  dominant position in order to adapt to the new teaching needs. All these thoughts provide the theoretical foundation for the coming out of the learning plan teaching model.      One  of  the  functions  of  the  learning  plan  is  that  it  reflects  the  dominant  position  of  the  students.  In some  western  countries,  the  students’  role  and  their  position  in  school  also  received  much  attention. Educators  in  these  countries  stressed  that  the  students’  main  body  position  should  be reflected.(H.G.Widdowson,1987) Apart from the status of the students, the evaluation ways for the students are  also  paid  much  attention  to.  Educators  in  America  mentioned  that  the  system  of  the  evaluation  to  the teachers  and  the  students  should  be  improved.  (Susan  Bobbitt  Nolen,  Ilana  S.  Horn,  Christopher  J. Ward,2001) If we want to achieve a high efficiency of teaching quality, we need to make the teaching style conformed with the learning style. (Rao Zhenhui, 2001)
