strategy, pattern is helpful for thecompletion of tasks in an efficient way and the finding of the optimal method to solveproblems.There are patterns for constant tacit knowledge transfer within corporate R&Dteam. The tacit knowledge transfer pattern of the corporate R&D team is theabstraction of the laws of tacit knowledge transfer activities, which summarizes thetacit knowledge transfer methods of the R&D team into a certain theoretical system.The tacit knowledge transfer of the R&D team has the characteristic ofself-organization, which can constantly evolve and develop with the changes ofexternal knowledge environment. The tacit knowledge transfer pattern of the R&Dteam also develops from primary and simple to advanced and complicated, anddevelops from a less-efficient tacit knowledge pattern to an efficient pattern.The research on the tacit knowledge transfer pattern of the corporate R&D teamis helpful for the R&D team to finish tasks in an efficient way and find out theoptimal method for tacit knowledge transfer.Based on the analysis of the tacit knowledge transfer process of the corporateR&D team, this research divides the general pattern of the tacit knowledge transfer ofthe corporate R&D team into four stages: simulation, externalization, transfer andinternalization, as shown in Figure12.

Conclusion
In recent years, due to the rapid development of knowledge ecology research, theresearch achievements have been widely applied to practical fields includingknowledge management, social network and e-commerce, etc. In virtue of viewpointsof ecology and thoughts of systematics, knowledge ecology research lays stress on theharmony between people, technology, knowledge and environment, paying attentionto the improvement of dynamic functions and efficiency of the system. As the mainresearch object in knowledge ecology field, knowledge ecological systems arespecially researched as a self-organized system emphasizing ecological features ofknowledge management in the organization and the research findings that have beenwidely applied. Based on theory and methods of knowledge ecological system, thisarticle takes tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team as research object toconduct profound research on operational mechanism, transfer process and patterns oftacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team, with the specific researchfindings summarized as the following aspects.Based on knowledge ecological theory, this article conducts analysis on tacitknowledge transfer mechanism of the corporate R&D team, and builds the knowledgeecology based tacit knowledge transfer mechanism model of the corporate R&D teamto further enrich and perfect the theoretical research of tacit knowledge transfer. Themain findings are as follows:Firstly, in the light of knowledge ecology theory and the concept of tacitknowledge transfer, the concept of tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&Dteam is proposed, and the characteristics of tacit knowledge transfer of the corporateR&D team are analyzed, i.e., integrity, knowledge subject dependence, dynamics,purposiveness, environmental adaptability and value increment.
