摘要:Based on the newest College English Curriculum Requirements in 2007 in theabove section, the importance of cultivating college students’ L2 willingness tocommunicate is obvious for that it would promote college students’ practical Englishability rather than merely linguistic outcomes.
Chapter Four Results and Discussion
There are 4 sections in Chapter Four. In specific, Section 4.1 describes thegeneral picture and discussion of English majors’ L2 WTC inside and outside theclassroom by analyzing the descriptive data of English majors’ L2 WTC from fourskills in different contexts. Differences of four skills in and out of classroom wererevealed through paired-samples T-test. Section 4.2 reports the correlations of L2WTC among four skills inside and outside the classroom by means of Pearsoncorrelation analysis. Section 4.3 presents the results on the correlations amonglearning orientations and L2 WTC in four skills in and out of classroom with the helpof Pearson correlation analysis. Qualitative findings and discussion aboutsemi-structure interview stated in the following section, Section 4.4.

Conclusion
The results are presented as follows.First of all, both L2 WTC inside and outside the classroom of English majors inJiangxi Normal University surpass the middle level in Chinese EFL context.Furthermore, L2 WTC inside the classroom is higher than that outside the classroom.Inside the classroom, the L2 WTC level in speaking, reading and listeningcomprehension is higher than the average level. However, L2 WTC in writing insidethe classroom doesn’t reach the average level. In specific, reading is perceived as themost popular skill applied in L2 communication while writing as the least popular one.L2 WTC in speaking is the second highest one followed by L2 WTC in listeningcomprehension in the third place inside the classroom.Similarly, except for L2 WTC in writing, the L2 WTC in the other three skills allsurpasses the average level outside the classroom. In addition, the L2 WTC in readingoutside the classroom is the highest one but the L2 WTC in writing outside theclassroom still occupies the last place. Different from inside outcomes, L2 WTC inlistening comprehension outside the classroom stays at the second place and L2 WTCin speaking is the third one.
