factually  at  the  very  beginning  stage.  The  earliest  articles  to  introduce Burke and his theories were written by Gu Yueguo (1990); In addition, Professor Hu Shuzhong  (1993,  2002)  and  Li  Xinhua  (2001)  also  made  a  profound  research  on Burke’s thought of identification in their articles. And Professor Liu Yameng, in his treatises Pursuit of the Power of Symbol (2004) and History of the Western Rhetoric (2008),  he  made  a  creative  study  about  Burke’s  philosophy.  More  studies  are  from Deng Zhiyong (2007, 2009, 2011) and Ju Yumei (2003, 2006) and so on.  Since  Burkean  theories  and  the  application  of  his  theories  have  not  been introduced  fully  in  the  rhetorical  field  in  China,  the  research  papers  under  Burkean rhetorical theories are quite a few. The  five  key  terms  in  the  Dramatic  Pentad  are  quite  similar  to  the  essential factors  of  the  news  discourse,  so  they  are  often  used  to  analyze  the  motives  of  the news  discourse.  And  the  motives  between  the  lines  are  the  foundation  and  the  same time the value of the whole analysis.
