a corporation.A positive corporateculture can have a positive impact on the development of the corporation(Sadri&Lees,2001).Corporate culture plays a significant role in the long-term innovation of corporations(Schlegelmilch et al.,2003).Innovative corporate culture not only stimulates internalinnovation,but also provides a driving force for continuous innovation in corporations(Li,2010).

5.1.1 Innovative Culture

From physical dimension,this study photographed and recorded the LL of the current R&D departments of these two corporations,and then used quantitative and qualitativeanalysis methods.It was found that innovation culture is clearly reflected in the corporate LLof the R&D department.For example,the plaques of the R&D departments of bothcorporations clearly indicate that the responsibility of the R&D department is innovation.Inaddition,pictographic characters and wheat ear patterns in the letters on the product wall ofNFC R&D department is also a good example of innovation.

Chapter 6 Conclusion

6.1 Summary

The first research question is about physical dimensions.Based on quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis,and Semi-structured interview analysis,it was found that the signs of theR&D department are pure Chinese,mixed Chinese&English,and symbol identification.The percentage of various signs varies according to actual needs.The corporate culture ofNFC is freedom,flexibility,and individuality,while the corporate culture of DFC emphasizescollective emotions,making it more formal and serious.

Although the corporate culture of the two corporations are different,both corporationspay great importance to research and development.The R&D department has always beenthe core department of these two corporations.The language of the signs shows that theresponsibility of the R&D department is innovation,and the signs clearly contain languagerelated to the food industry.These can all inspire employees to love the food industry andinnovation work in R&D department.These can help to enhance work enthusiasm andprovide spiritual support for innovative work.In addition,both R&D departments payattention to the protection of business secrets in their signs.
