摘要:本文是英语语言学论文,现在完成时的语言磨损研究在初二升初三的学生中进行,这些学生经过两个月的放假时间。数据收集分两部分进行:(1)第一次测试在暑假之前进行主要是测试学生对现在完成时的掌握程度;(2)第二次测试采用和第一次相同的试卷,但在两个月之后进行。

2.2 Studies on PPT Acquisition & Attrition
The western studies on acquisition of English present perfect tense had been done earlier than those of Chinese studies. The studies proved that acquisition of English present perfect tense was a difficult and important part in language acquisition, which is consistent with Chinese studies. A series of theories about the tense acquisition had been brought forward. Based on those theories, a series of studies had been conducted. In the aspect of the PPT form, Kuhberg made a study and discovered that English learners didn’t perform the native performance in their morphological forms usage on the topic of the present perfect tense (Kuhberg,1992). Wolfram chose 16 students, who were a portion of Vietnamese community in the northern Virginia, as the research subjects and then made a review based on this. The result proved that there existed the verb saliency hypothesis and it is also proved to be true. In view of the verb saliency hypothesis, variations of regular verbs are acquired later than the variation of irregular verbs. That is because in the aspect of saliency, the variations of the irregular verbs are higher than the variations of the regular verbs. Besides, the variations of the irregular verbs were easier to perceive and acquire. In the aspect of meaning, Bardovi-Harlig made a series of studies. He discovered in the ratio of meaning and form there had a significant difference. English learners did not acquire the form and meaning at the same pace, so they often confused and misused the English present perfect tense with the usage of other tenses (Bardovi-Harlig, 1999).
