摘要:This report is conducted to analyze the competitive advantages and strategies in Federal Express Corporation’s business.

Exclusive summary
 It will first identify its critical success factors, then identify its generic strategic choices from the cost Leadership, differentiation and focus strategies, next this report will carry out the analysis of the key resources and capabilities used by FedEx to achieve its competitive advantages, and finally will discuss the FedEx’ current strategies, including the criterions of suitability, feasibility, and acceptability.
