Introduction
Managers are very important in the business activities, and they are very different with engineers. Many people want to be managers, and they believe the manager can get a higher salary, can command others to do, they are respected, and can play other people's performance and so on (Buchanan & Huczynski, 1997). To be a manager means to achieve success. In real life, managers may have more "privileges" and "more flexible", can have their own office space, many people due to these things are longing to https://www.51lunwen.org/liuxuezuoyedx/2010/1130/1355568229.html  be a manager. But is this the reason for companies need managers?
Managers with such a desire could have been the original justifiable, but the real manager if too much to pay attention to these things, then it lost the knowledge on the essence of management, and may not do well a manager. Understanding the nature of management needs to start from the value of management, what is the value of managers for the enterprise? Why manager would lead to greater effect to the company (compared to the engineers)?
1) Because many things can be achieved through the team cooperation. Manager is to give full play to the team's overall ability, to achieve the “1+1>2” results. It is hardly to expect a group of people for good spontaneous cooperation.

At this point of view, we will find that many so-called managers are occupying the post of leadership, and do not implement the leadership. But managers still have rights and authority, these rights of managers should be more from their professional capacity.
