· They said that, there is no well-decorated office room for them. So they want to change the interior decoration of the office.

· They also want the computer facility to calculate their annual production and also do their specific job.

Worker point of view-

· They need more salary.

· They needs more heath facility, though it is given by the tea garden, actually, it is just for saying, not in practically.

· They want to do job outside of the garden, because, in some tea garden, the higher authority, do not get them chance to do job in outside.

· They want pure drinking water, which is not available in the garden.

· They want a healthy sanitation facility.

Our point of view-

· Give more salary to the lower level employee.

· Introduce new modern technology.

· Give education facility to the worker.

· Give the heath facility to the worker.

· Do not cut the wages of the labor if they are unable to come in the work due to their illness.

· Recruit more experienced and energetic employee.

· Arrange the training facility to the employee.

· NGO should be invited to work among the tea plantation workers

· NGO's should take the necessary steps for the betterment of the workers.

· Government of Bangladesh must be diligent in implementing the labor laws and must take action to solve various problems faced by the tea plantation sector in Bangladesh

· All the employee must be abide by the law of the country.


LIMITATION OF THE STUDY


On the way of making this project we faced a lots of limitations. They are as follows-

· Time was very short that we got from the Manager from the ABBL.

· As our class hour in between 8a.m to 2p.m. It becomes very hard for us to manage time to visits the gardens.

· As this type works is very rare in Sylhet, so some employees were hesitated to answer the questions.

· As this project is related with some confidential matter of the garden, so that first of all they are ignoring to give information.

· It needs a huge amount of money.

· In time of preparing the project, we face some political disturbance for this it kills our valuable time.


CONCLUSION


Low yield and high cost characterize the tea industry of Bangladesh. Both demand and supply factors are responsible for this situation. Bangladesh has very little control over demand factors. Therefore, to raise the productivity of the tea sector, Bangladesh has to largely depend on improving the supply factors. On the supply side, yield per acre is the crucial variable, which largely depends on various factors such as the age/structure of the tea bush, quality and quantity of fertilizer used per hectare, irrigation and labor productivity.
