摘要:本文是高中英语教学论文,本研究从英语师范生自主探究教学能力的现实问题出发,探讨了问题产生的理由和原因,重点从四个方面调查了实习生自主探究式教学能力即内容选择能力、课堂设计能力、课堂实施能力和反思能力。

This provides theoretical basis for the following research. Thenthrough questionnaire and interview, this paper hopes to grasp teachers’ cognitive degree andtheir application ability of self-inquiry teaching mode and further draws the conclusion.

Chapter Two Literature Review
2.1 The Definition of Related Concepts
In the book 'Teacher’s Ability under the Diversified Cultural Background', teacher'sabilities defined by Wang Yanling and Gou Shunming (2013) as 'the knowledge, skills andqualities that are required for the teacher to successfully complete the education and the teachingtasks. Among them, the qualities refer to teachers’ affection, attitude, professional ethics and thecorresponding behavior.'(Wang Yanling& Gou Shunming, 2013:9)Teacher's ability, with obvious professional characteristics, is formed and presented in theeducational activities. It reflects teacher’s adaptation degree and acceptance level when theteacher is performing the duties, and it is the invisible initiative power needed by the teacher toengage in the educational activities. The system of teacher’s ability is organic ability integration,and according to the educational orientation and the specialization degree of ability, it could bedivided into three levels from outward appearance to inner essence: the basic layer, theprofessional layer and the core layer, which respectively correspond to teacher’s basic ability,professional ability and core ability.Zhu Chaohua (2007) has proposed the concept of teacher's core ability in “Teacher’s CoreAbility Theory”.Teacher's core ability is contained in the inner quality of teacher’s ability, playing a leadingrole in the system of teacher’s ability. Meanwhile, it could make the teacher continuouslydevelop and dominate in professional abilities in the competitive environment. Teacher's coreability, with the core value, uniqueness, development, comprehension and other characteristics,can best embody the role and the value of teacher's ability. In the modern educational activities,the basic connotation of teacher’s core ability is to guide the students to conduct the autonomouslearning and the autonomous development.

2.2 Literature review
Western competency-based normal education emerged in the 1960s and 1970s.At first, themain study of the foreign researchers was to use teachers’ working enthusiasm and otherpersonal qualities to illustrate the teachers' teaching abilities. In the second half of the 20thcentury, foreign scholars illustrated some teaching behavioral characteristics needed for theteachers mainly through the study of 'good teaching' and 'teaching effectiveness or effectiveteaching', and thus formulated the relevant professional standards for the teachers.After analyzing foreign scholars’ literature of the researches on teacher’s teaching ability,Wang Xianping (2006) has argued that on one hand, foreign researchers’ achievements of the studies on the teacher’s teaching ability still need to be enriched, and on the other hand, theunderstanding of teacher’s teaching ability and the structure in
