这堂课虽说只有12名学生参予讨论，但其他学生全神贯注静听并不时插话，气氛热烈。在讨论过程中，本课及以前学过的语言材料大多用上了。这样的课堂讨论，以前是组织不起来的。采用《试验本》之后，课堂讨论使学生既加深理解了课文，又牢固掌握了语言材料，听、说、读、写都得到了锻炼，真正体现了“听说领先带动四会”。
