摘要:本文是一篇英语教学法论文,本研究以高二阶段学生的英语读后续写中的普遍错误类型及其与班级类型和性别之间的关系为研究对象,采用个案研究法、比较法、数据分析法等方法,研究读后续写的水平与可供选择的教学策略之间可能存在的关系。

t the differences are betweenthe errors made by continuation writing and traditional writing,and whether there arecertain differences between different classes and different genders.If so,whether suchdifferences can arouse the attention of teachers and students and then narrow thewriting gap between different classes;The results obtained from the research can also inspire the teaching of continuation writing,improve teaching efficiency and students’writing proficiency,and reduce the differences in writing level between differentclasses.

Chapter 2 Literature Review

2.1 The Reasonability of Continuation Writing as A New TypeQuestion in the National Matriculation English Test

Bao Wenmin and Ji Feng(2018)pointed out that the curriculum objectives of theCurriculum Standard(2017 edition)had changed:the Curriculum Standard(2017edition)clearly emphasized“essential qualities”and“key abilities”.“Essentialqualities”include a positive emotional attitude and correct values such asresponsibility,patriotism,gratitude and a healthy pursuit of happiness.“Keycompetence”is the selection condition of the most competitive innovative talents intoday’s world.The decisive and dominant competence mainly includes criticalthinking ability,reflective thinking ability,effective communication ability,learningability and life management ability.These two underlined abilities can be wellreflected in continuation writing.

In addition,the Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)has a clearer definition oflanguage competence than the Curriculum Standard(Experiment).CurriculumStandards(2017 edition)integrates the concept of core literacy of English subjects,which mainly includes four elements of language ability,cultural awareness,thinkingquality and learning ability,replacing the five-dimensional goals of language skills,language knowledge,emotional attitude,learning strategy and cultural awareness inCurriculum Standards(Experiment).The four elements of core literacy penetrate,integrate and interact with each other.They develop harmoniously,integratingknowledge,ability and emotional attitude well.Through the cultivation of their corequality of English subjects,students can establish a correct view of English learning,maintain their enthusiasm and interest in learning English,and make use of theirlanguage knowledge and skills in different contexts to effectively communicate withothers;In the collision of different cultures,students can compare the differences andsimilarities of cultures,strengthen cultural confidence and form correct values.At thesame time,core literacy also requires students to be able to form critical thinking bycombing and summarizing information,and put forward their own opinions withreasonable evidence.Two significant elements of core literacy of English are worth tobe demonstrated:language ability and thinking quality.(Guming,2018)Languageability refers to the ability to understand and express meaning by means of listening,speaking,reading,watching and writing in social situations,as well as the languageawareness and language sense formed in the process of learning and using language.Textual knowledge,pragmatic knowledge and other linguistic knowledge are added tothe connotation of language competence.

2.2 A Review of Continuation Writing
