1. Introduction
Any of individuals or groups has to face all kinds https://www.51lunwen.org/zuzhixingweixue/ of changes like technological advances, political reforms, economic depressions, personal attitude shifts and others, which are paid attention to by the organizational managers to cope with the pressure from the organizational changes. For instance, McDonald’s Cooperation is a typical organization to study its external environment changes so as to make some significant changes about its products; its Happy Meals with fresh fruit instead of the french fries are a successful change to adapt to the market demand from the parents who keep the french fries away from their children in U.K. (Carpenter, D., 2006) This article has taken example by McDonald’s not only to show a successful organizational change but also to explore how this happens in an effective way in an organization. In the first place, McDonald’s managers have to grasp the right clues of the market trend---the requirement for healthy food played such a role in this product change; then the managers have to give theirs relevant strategies and comments to sustain the product markets. In a word, internal and external changes guide managers to change, so catching the change clues and making right decisions is the means of efficient management. In this article, there will be an evolutionary process to show to help managers get a clear and systemic idea to organizational change, not one based on personal work experiences.
To achieve above-mentioned goal, this article first will give a brief literature overview of the organizational change to show an evolutional history of the organizational study to make it can be understood in different ways. The foundation to make change plan should be understand well how our organizations work and change and Lewin’s simple model and Beckhard and Harris’s, which are also our core parts to discuss in this article. The characteristic of this article is to apply the some matter to explain and distinguish those two models’ common points and their own traits different from each other. These two models applied are gradually deeper. The modus operandi of this article is aimed at not only to present a comparison but also to state the organizational change in a simple and characteristic way only to show the analyzing method flexible.

Throughout the whole text, both Lewin’s three-stage model and Beckhard and Harris’s change process are applied to analyze the success of McDonalds’ Apple Dipper. From those change model, the clue can be seen that a successful management needs both process and content – what to be changed and how to change.
