Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been gained a lot of attention and importance during the last decades. CSR initiatives are usually regarded as an effective method to handle the social expected issues, create a favorable corporate image, develop a good relationship with different stakeholders and establish a competitive advantage in the long term. During the recent years, there www.51lunwen.org/mba/ is growing concern with the consumers’ purchasing behavior by the CSR practice. In addition, China has become the second largest market all over the world. Understanding the concept of CSR and how the CSR practice affects Chinese consumers’ attitudes as well as intentions are increasingly important for companies. However, there is a limited research about CSR in China market and the Chinese consumers are still vague towards the phenomenon of CSR. As a result, this study will make effort to investigate the impact of CSR initiatives on the Chinese consumers' attitudes, intentions and the role of CSR which is played during the process of Chinese consumers’ purchasing deciding making. The case of Costa Coffee will be used to collect data regarding CSR activities. In doing so, the finding and analyzing will be used to address the research objectives which could better answer the final research aim in this study.
企业社会责任(CSR)在过去的几十年里获得了很多的关注和重视了。企业社会责任计划通常被看作是处理社会预期的问题的一种有效方法,创造一个良好的企业形象,有着不同的利益相关者的良好关系,建立长期竞争优势。近年来,对消费者购买行为的社会责任实践日益关注。此外,中国已成为世界第二大市场。了解企业社会责任的概念以及如何影响企业社会责任实践中国消费者的态度以及意图对公司越来越重要。然而,有关于企业社会责任在中国市场和中国消费者的有限的研究仍然模糊,对企业社会责任的现象。因此,本研究将努力探讨企业社会责任的举措对中国消费者的态度,意图和企业社会责任,是在中国消费者购买决策的过程中扮演的角色。哥斯达黎加咖啡的情况下将用于收集有关企业社会责任活动的数据。在这样做时,分析结果将被用来解决研究的目标可以更好的答案在这项研究中研究的最终目的。
