1.0 Introduction
Quality is the foundation of products. Without quality, the brand, development, and competition are meaningless. For whichever enterprises, quality is the company's cornerstone of the survival and development.
The concept of quality management had already been put forward in this century. And it is accompanied by the demand for business management, practice and development which was generated, continuously improved and has formed an independent science.
We are all too familiar with quality, but the meaning of quality is not easy to say, and different people have different interpretations. In the edition 2000 international quality standard ISO9000 family, quality is defined as: a group of products to meet the requirements inherent characteristics, a description of the product meet the requirements of the extent, meet the requirements of high and low levels reflect good or bad for the quality. Usually, we put quality as "compliance", that meets the requirements, has the necessary capabilities, and the important characteristics of the product variability is small, the product failure rate is low and the products are durable. To ensure proper quality of products, conduct businesses around the product quality implement a series of work including comprehensive plan, organization, control and coordination .Through developing the quality policy and quality objectives, conducting quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement and so on, businesses apply various analytical tools and methods and scientific quality management system.
