f the examination of the head and neck were within normal limits.
     The chest was decreased in size but was equally expandable bilaterally. The lungs were clear to percussion and auscultation. Auscultation of the heart disclosed a regular rhythm without evidence of rub, gallop, or murmur; the pluses were equal and strong bilaterally in the extremities and trunk. There was a diffuse, bilaterally symmetrical distribution of lesions over the lower portion of the abdomen, the groin, and the scrotal area; the lesions were similar to those on the face. There seemed to be a slight, contender enlargement of the liver. All other aspects of the abdominal examination were within normal limits.
     The palms of the hands were exceptionally pale and there was evidence of vascular lesions similar to those on the body. Neurological examination of the patient disclosed no abnormalities.  
     Panoramic radiographic examination disclosed bilateral maxillary fourth molars and six mandibular premolars bilateral with evidence of periapical pathologic condition. The development of the unerupted teeth was considerable delayed. There were six incompletely erupted and impacted teeth in the maxilla ad mandible.
Cephalometric radiographic analysis showed that the patient’s facial growth was normal. The sella turcica appeared enlarged (it measured 1.5×1.2cm) on a lateral cephalometric radiograph. The calvaria appeared thicker than normal.
