Internet is the most authentic and developed and quick source for information search, because it allows the consumer to address all available products or services in the market by brands and by searching the information about desired product or services choose for him own the most suitable product and helps in making a decision.


Arabs belong to tribal system they mostly prefer to information comes from personal sources, so it is highly impact and having high meaning to the Arabs.


Seeking alternatives: According to (Belch. E. G, 1993) that after searching the information about the product or service the consumer then moves to alternative evaluation, consumer compare the different brands products or services in the market and choose those products or services which satisfy the needs of consumer. The consumer choose alternative by setting up a valid criteria for evaluation of alternative, the criteria can be objective or subjective like before choosing a product or service like buying health care in UK consumer will look to the objective like reliability, price, history and performance in the sector, And the subjective will be like image, styling, quality, and performance etc.


Consumer alternative seeking process is totally based on the evaluation between brands, products and services which satisfy the needs of consumer.


Arabs patient while choosing a product or service look to his culture, subculture and religion and also measure those parameters like while treating his cultural requirements were considered and his treatment will be deliver under the supervision of highly qualified professionals. These are more important to any patient and especially to Arabs they visit UK only for the purpose of healthcare.


Buying decision: During the information search consumer stop searching about the various brands, products and services and make a purchase decision. Without waiting for the outcome of alternative evaluation consumer show the purchase intention to buy a certain product it is also known as predisposition.


Purchased decision is not the same actual purchase decision, when a consumer decides which brand to buy then he implement the decision and make actual decision. A Decision needs more attention in regard, when to buy, where to buy and how much money to spend or invest.
