摘要:作为一名新员工,光努力工作是不够的,还要建立一个良好的人际关系。在办公室里,良好的人际关系是一门艺术,一个新员工应该学会和各种脾气的人相处,这不是一件容易的事情。
6 Conclusions 结论
So we could conclude that as a new employee of a company, it is not enough to work hard. To have a good interrelationship is more important. Interpersonal relationship is an art in office. In this situation, a new employee should get along with people with all kinds of characters and tempers. So it is not an easy work. Most people are busy with work and try their best to be progressive in the work and ignore the interpersonal relationship in the office. Unfortunately, he or she will still frustrated and have some obstacles in the work. Some research data show that among the successful factors, good relationships have reached a rate of 85% or more while people’s knowledge, skills, experience and other factors accounted for only 15%.From this we could see how important of the interpersonal relationship. In the essence, the office is a condensed society. As a new people, we need master three skills: capacity of time management, capabilities of problem analysis and ability of judgment. Although I have worked for several months, I have learned a lot about the importance of interpersonal relationship in office. When I was a student in college, I do know the importance of interpersonal relationship between people and do no understand the difference of relationship between colleagues and classmates, friends. Now, I have learned much and I hope that it will be helpful for most students who will graduate from universities.
