In order to have a good behavior, there are several things which should be paid attention to. Firstly, do not stop to learn new knowledge. When in the college, perhaps we will think that when we go to the work, there will be plenty of leisure time. So at the beginning of the work, we will find that after the work, there is nothing to do, it is so boring. Now with the development of computers and networks, the time is easier to be killed in several hours. Coupled with no goals in learning, then we will not have a further study in spare time. However, it is only the beginning of a new study when we started our first job. Most of a person’s progress and success relied on their spare time to be augmented. Learning is a happy thing. But some people may feel that it is a burden. For our own bright future, in order to be smooth in future career, further learning is necessary and essential for graduated students.
Secondly, giving up all kinds of successful experience of students and changing the roles as soon as possible. In student days, what are the successful experiences? As soon as we study hard enough, there would be a good achievement. However, in the work, hard work is not enough. One people’s success is only relying on their own efforts. Communication and cooperation is also important for a people’s success in the work. Of course, we do not oppose the individual effort. But the individual effort is just the most basic quality of a successful people.
Besides that, learning to express ourselves is another change in the work. Perhaps as a student, we can ask some questions to the teacher in the classroom. However, after work, they should learn to express ourselves properly. That is the principle of “less talk and more work”. The role of students and staff roles are very different. As a student, we should just study and are responsible for ourselves. But as a role of staff, not only should we have a quick learning, but also it is needed to create more values for the company.
