The questionnaire is designed with the purpose of knowing about the correlation of the relationshipbetween noticing degree and the acquisition of the subject-verb agreement. The students are asked toanswer the questions on a five-point scale. The five-point scale refers to totally disagree, disagree, notsure, agree and totally agree.This questionnaire consisted of ten items, and for the convenience of comparison it can be divided intotwo parts: one is about learning attitudes; the other is about noticing degree. By the percentagecomparison between CG and EG, we can see that students’ learning attitudes for the subject-verb agreementhave changed a lot, and they are affected deeply by noticing function. The following is a specificintroduction about these two parts:For Item 1, in the controlled group (CG), only 30.0% of the students think that the teacher’sinstruction is very important for learning the subject-verb agreement, while in the experimental group(EG), it is up to 67.8%.For Item 2, in the controlled group (CG), 46.7% of the students have difficulties in learningsubject-verb agreement. However, the percentage of the experimental group (EG) is only 17.8% after thestudy.For Item 3, in the controlled group (CG), percentage of the students who think that they can use thesubject-verb agreement well in the language output is 52.2%, while in the experimental group (EG), 73.3%of the students can make good use of the subject-verb agreement frequently.For Item 4, in the controlled group (CG), 53.3% of the students can use the subject-verb agreementaccurately and fluently in language output, while in the experimental group (EG), it is up to 68.9%.
