However, it is time for middle school to pay attention to training language  communication  skills  and  social  interaction  abilities  of  the  students  with fundamental English in use of their own creativities and self-learning capacities. Focuses on the main existing problems in the ID planned by young middle school teachers,  the  paper  on  the  one  hand  reflects  the  relation  between  ID  and  teacher’s professional development from the technical and rational perspective, on the other tries to  elaborate  the  appropriate  relevant  models  and  strategies  based  on  the  investigation results. In terms of the teaching effect from practical activities and acceptance levels of different  students,  teachers  could  adjust  timely  their  IDs  which  need  to  be  planned before  class  (various  elements  considered  such  as  instructional  models,  teaching procedure and learners’ participation), to be implemented during the teaching activities in class, and to be evaluated and modified according the teaching effects.
