Conclusion总结
In conclusion, this essay focus on three main beneficiaries: the PSCs, TNCs and governments in Latin America. Of course, the anti-drug initiatives confront with huge challenges in reducing the illegal drugs from the supply side but supporting America’s overseas policy objectives (Ford, 2012). Therefore, the strategy of war on drugs is complex and dangerous, just as Silvina Maria Romano and Gian Carlo Delgado-Ramos (2011) have noted, because it links a multiplicity of different actors who is nevertheless of great benefits to some extent through increased wealth or power.
