4.1 Updating the teaching concept of teachers

In the process of English teaching,the concept of English teaching is notinvariable stone.On the one hand,an important item in evaluating whether an Englishteacher is qualified is whether he or she has theoretical knowledge related to teaching,so teachers also have to improve their professional knowledge and literacy throughcontinuous learning.On the other hand,teachers need to link their teaching status quowith the latest teaching concept to understand if there is anything lacking in their ownteaching concept in order to promote the improvement of teaching concept andteaching standards.Through the survey,it has found that some of the current Englishteachers have neglected their English teaching concept and paid less attention toEnglish writing teaching in the process of English writing teaching,resulting in theineffectiveness of English writing teaching in vocational high school.In recent years,China’s vocational education has vigorously promoted the application of moderninformation technology and made important progress in the construction ofinformation technology infrastructure,the development of digital education resources,the training of personnel techniques and the application of management systems,which provide ways for teachers to learn.Therefore,teachers should make activeefforts to learn new concept,deepen the importance of English writing teaching invocational high school,constantly update their teaching concepts,and form a clearerunderstanding of the English Curriculum Standards for Vocational High Schools(2022),break out traditional teaching concepts and keep pace with the times byattending seminars,online training,group learning and individual learning.

Conclusion

Major findings

This paper takes students and teachers of Grade One in vocational high school inAr Horqin Banner as the research subjects,mainly using the methods ofquestionnaires,interview and classroom observation to understand the currentsituation of English writing teaching in vocational high school in Ar Horqin Banner.The findings show that the teaching of English writing in vocational high school isgenerally accepted,but the analysis of the data from the questionnaires,interview andclassroom observation reveals that although the teaching of English writing invocational high school is generally accepted,the teaching of English writing invocational high school is not effective and there are still some problems with theteaching of English writing.Teachers have single teaching methods and one-sidedteaching content and so on.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the teachingof English writing in vocational high school.Firstly,the teachers’teaching conceptshould be updated.It can promote teachers’correct understanding of the importanceof writing论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
