writing output tasks conducted in the study, which lasts for only half a semester. Considering the time and teaching plans of English class in  the senior high  school,  two  classes  for  each  task are  time-consuming.  Thus,  it is  not  sure that  the  writing  method  about  noticing  in  the  study  will  be  still  applied  after  the  study, although great progress has been made by subjects.   Thirdly,  it  is  obvious  that  notes  taken  by  students  during  the  experiment  are  quite important  to  explore  the  effectiveness  of  noticing.  However,  many  subjects?  notes  are  not efficient  enough  to  be  analyzed  by  the  researcher.  Thus,  more  methods  raising  learners? noticing should be explored and compared to the method in the study. Fourthly, the study mainly talks about lexical problems in the first writing output instead of other linguistic forms like grammar or discourse. Thus, more researches should be done to study the function of noticing on other linguistic features. Fifthly,  model  writing  in  the  study  is  significant  to  reinforce  students?  noticing  and improve their second writing. Indeed, the effectiveness of models has been discussed for long time in the field of second language acquisition. Still, the method which provides models for students to make comparison has some limitations. The most obvious limitation is that model writings cannot meet every student?s need. Different students have different language abilities and different thoughts, and thus they produce different linguistic problems. If models can not provide  available  solutions  for  students?  linguistic  forms,  they  may  neglect  those  problems. What?s  more,  there  are  some  learners  who  just  recite  the  model  mechanically  instead  of combining it with their own language knowledge.  Another noticeable defect is that students must have strong motivation to solve their linguistic problems, or they will just repeat in the second writing what they have written in the first writing. If so, the experiment will be of no use.  In  addition,  the  post-questionnaire  about  students?  opinions  on  writing  is  not  objective enough in some way.
