Introduction
As the development of economy and science, particularly the modern corporate has been built, more and more corporate consider the important of capital structure and capital cost, many corporate adjust capital structure and max profit of capital structure, min the capital cost. as the development of capital structure theory, more and more scholars become research the capital structure and capital cost. Capital structure is the power of product, survive and develop. It is the pre-conditions of continue and develop, the capital structure is the ratio of funds, which is used in the英国金融会计论文 production process, the capital structure has a direct effect to the capital cost, and the key factors that impact the capital cost, the capital structure has the max optimal ratio, so the corporate can has a suitable capital structure, so the capital structure and capital cost are the import role of Financial Management. Actually the corporate also make some investment decision, and appraisal the investment merits and limitations. There are some methods to appraisal the investment merits and limitations, this report mainly research the import role of capital structure and capital cost in financial management, I will also research the methods, which appraisal the investment merits and limitations.
