摘要:本文是初中英语教学论文,本研究旨在为英语口语课教师提供一些有益的建议。在这篇论文中,除了对问卷和访谈结果的分析,笔者将介绍一些建议如何最大限度地发挥合作学习方法的积极影响,确保学生能使他们的口语水平进步。
eaching content. The application of this teaching method could have more influence on the oral proficiency of students. To be specific, the influence of the use of this teaching method on the English proficiency will be analyzed from three aspects: the influence on students’ capability to pronounce English words correctly, the influence on students’ ability to express themselves properly and the influence on their ability to communicate with others fluently in English. The answer of the students to participate in the interview to the first question was about the influence of this teaching method on students’ capability to pronounce English words correctly. In fact, such capability was quite significant for English learners and it could determine whether learners could hear such language clearly and communicate with others in such a language. However, due to the differences between Chinese and English, Chinese students have much difficulty in improving their competence to pronounce English words. Generally speaking, the majority of the participants of the interview agreed that the application of the cooperative learning method could help them to make more progress in their capability of pronouncing English words correctly.

Conclusion
The analysis of the data collected from the interview and the questionnaire shows that the students could make much progress in their competence and there is no doubt that such analysis could help teachers to have a better understanding of this teaching method so that they are more likely to make the best of this teaching method to help students to improve both the linguistic and non-linguistic capability. In this chapter, the major findings and the suggestions for relevant researches in the future will be introduced. It has been introduced in the fourth chapter that both an interview and a questionnaire were used to collect information about the influence of the application of the cooperative learning method on the students in junior high schools. Hence, the objectiveness and the quality of information could be guaranteed. Before the introduction of such a research, some basic information about this research is presented such as the cooperative learning method and the theoretical basis of this teaching method so that readers could be convince of the validity of this research.
