1. Introduction
Human resource management (HRM) is a kind of managing work which consists of all of the management work about the HR work in a firm. A lot of HR activities must be promised to help the companies’ development. Generally speaking, these activities include the following parts: job analysis, HR planning, recruiting, selection, performance evaluation, HR development, career planning, and the motivations of the employee, the salary, bonus and reward.
Personnel management and problems are one of the most important work for the staff in a firm. An HR manager is often involved in a lot of principles, but the most important role is to goal may be to have the abilities to deal with all of the tasks which is related to the personnel affairs. As far as I am concerned, HRM is generally trying to encourage all of the staff and employees with the attractions such as compensation, bonus and rewards. No matter what kind of HR work is, the HR staff should meet the employees’ needs to enhance their job attitudes and performances. https://www.51lunwen.org/humanresource/2011/0823/1200484814.html Meanwhile, HRM holds that improved performance can easily result in the employees’ satisfactions. Therefore, all of the HR staff and HR department should know clearly about how to work effectively in order to face all of the challenges in the companies have become a very big problem. And in this paper, first we give the background knowledge about HR and HRM, and then we generally talk about the HR strategies for Manners Europe and its further suggestions. At last, a brief conclusion and a summary will be given in order to summarize both the theoretical and practical achievements in this paper.
