摘要:谈及2010年的富士康公司的连续13起员工跳楼自杀事件,整个社会为之变色,而类似的事件却不少见。根本原因是随着社会的快速发展,竞争的日趋激烈、生活节奏的加快,人们的心理负担也越来越重,来自工作的压力越来越大,心理健康问题越来越容易出现。据有关资料显示,我国企业的员工已经成为心理障碍的高发人群。
