The trend that capital has been replaced by human resource as the core competitiveness of the enterprises, the power of human resources and the ability to bring value to enterprises also has been fully affirmed. From the CEO to the business managers in companies, they began to focus on how to improve the staff's ability and quality, how to motivate employees, as well as how to ensure the performance goals of the companies.
