To be concluded, the influence of networks and social capital on entrepreneurs has been discussed. Networks including social networks, business networks and individual networks are crucial to entrepreneurs. And every kind of networks is closely linked. The higher networks are the greater benefit entrepreneurs can get. To entrepreneurs, cooperation and competition are two common relations in business industry. Entrepreneurs obtain different benefits from these two relations. The method of getting benefits is distinct. Healthy competition makes enterprises develop positively and efficiently. Enterprises look for innovations for further development. Competition is a kind of power to inspire entrepreneurs to consider more and research more. Cooperation pursues reciprocal development. Sometimes, entrepreneurs choose to cooperate with other companies to help the firms overcome hardships together. The target of competition and cooperation is in entrepreneurs’ networks. Formal networks give entrepreneurs a sense of security and trust and informal networks offer more space for secret dealings. Formal networks are always restrained by rules, norms and standards. The transparent interest relationships restrain the profits entrepreneurs and enterprises can get. Compared with formal networks, informal networks seem to free and profitable. And informal networks sometimes are equal to formal networks, if entrepreneurs choose to cooperate in some formal programs. The culture of enterprises and the brief of business mode cultivate under the influence of entrepreneurs’ traits. Entrepreneurs are decision makers of the whole company. They decide the direction of development, the innovation of management, the investigation of business programs and so on. Entrepreneurs’ traits are crucial to entrepreneurship. Different minds make various decisions, and different entrepreneurs lead diverse companies. Entrepreneurs’ traits are the core of entrepreneurship and enterprises. In this paper, social capital has been explored from a variety of perspectives. Social capital is the sum of potential resources and actual resources. Social capital is a kind of capital and contains the function of capital. But it doesn’t belong to individuals, but include strong publicity. Social capital is accumulated step by step in the process of social activities and practice. Most people put an emphasis on human capital of social capital and emphasize social networks. Entrepreneurs can broaden their social networks to promote the value and the capability of social capital. Those who with broad and tight social networks can make full use of social capital to reach the goal. Social capital helps entrepreneurs get more knowledge and information, which can be the main factors of decisions. Comprehensive knowledge and sufficient information are important to entrepreneurs, that they can help entrepreneurs increase profits from strategies and lower the risk of investment. Social capital is often able to solve the problems of fund. The acquaintances in entrepreneurs’ social networks always invest in their new firms or new business program. Social capital is vital enterprises’ development, as it expand the space of progress and provide more opportunities.
