From the charity organizations’ points of view, they should make the big piece of cake of charity though the innovation of institution and mechanism, the effective utilization and exploitation and distribution of private charity resource. Finally, establish a system which combines self-discipline and mutual legal discipline. It is guaranteed for the development of charity to improve the legal system and the moral environment. According to the experience of abroad, China needs to establish a charity credit quality assessment and accreditation system, intensifying social supervision, and further regulating the charity act. And it is possible to form a discipline for the charity activities of the participants. We should strengthen the integrity of the ethics and charity organizations and improve internal management and supervision system, establishing the credibility of the organization of charity in the public, improve moral qualities of stuffs and attracting more attention by the public. Charity is one of the crucial measures to channel social funds to help those people in need, and it also could narrow down the disparity between the rich and the poor, so as to balance disparity among the people of various social strata. The charity is not only related to the rich, to the government or the charity organization but also related to the whole society. As we know, harmony is a developing conception, and the development is endless.
