4.1 Analysis of Students’ English Reading Motivation
This study explores whether POA can improve the English reading motivation ofstudents by analyzing the overall situation of middle school students' English readingmotivation. The higher the motivation, the higher the score. The author uses spss26.0software to make a statistical analysis of the data of the questionnaire survey. Theresults are as follows.
4.1.1 Analysis of the Students’ overall English Reading Motivation
According to Table 4.1 average score and the standard deviation after theexperiment are 3.70 ± 1.46 points, while the mean and standard deviation ofEnglish reading motivation before the teaching experiment are 2.48 ± 1.20 points. Itcan be seen that there are differences between the motivation levels before and afterthe teaching experiment within the experimental class.

5.1 Major Findings
According to the data analysis above, after ten-week POA reading teachingexperiment, the students’ English reading motivation has changed significantly. Firstly,students' overall reading motivation has been significantly enhanced after theexperiment.
