e answers. This does not cultivate thinking ability of tempering students; in fact, it does train their memory. This is the student’s grief, the teacher’s grief too. This kind of grief lies in strangling students’ imagination and creativity. How to avoid this grief? Encouraging learners to query is right way. Querying is the important sign of students’ independent study. We believe that students’ potential strength and creativity which are limitless should be developed. So we must let students query. Encouraging students to dare to query to the teaching materials, query to the teacher, or query to classmates. The content queried can be a question of one’s own known or unknown answer. After the answer is put forward, learner can perfect his/her own answer with classmates during the process of discussing. The student who studies during the process of solving the difficulty certainly wants to give the proper direction on the questions. If the question involves the focal points of teaching difficulties, lead students to do the further discussion, deepen the essence of the question; if the question can be expanded, do not go all out to let students embrace the teacher’s personal views, but give the students full play with abandon. The teacher needn’t provide the unified model answer, either. Such a query can train the ability that students think independently, excite students’ creativity; really arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of study. 2.6 Design multi-form activity It is noticed that the closed traditional classroom teaching method is the only source of the student knowledge, all that teachers taught only followed the fixed teaching plan, syllabuses and teaching material. By this teaching method, it is very difficult to take the student’s intelligence, the difference of ability and individually psychological characteristics into account. It cannot meet the knowledge desire of the advanced students; and it is also not suitable for those less advanced and is hard to keep catch with others. That results in a polarization. Therefore, learners should be basis of the lessons, abundant after class, learning in accordance with their aptitude. In the author’s view, there are some following advantages of the extra-curricular activities: (1) Extra-curricular activities can excite and train student’s study interest with the diversified characteristics of classroom activity, let student grasp knowledge and develop technical ability among the most interesting field in their view. (2) Extra-curricular activities can expand the range that students try their own ability to combine inside-class with out-side class; let them experience the sweetness and bitterness of study, and bank up the confidence of strengthening study. (3) The development of the extra-curricular activities can fully create student’s intelligence, especially teach him/her to cultivate overall ability and improve and offer the extremely favorable condition. The extra-curricular activities are variously informative messages, abundant in content; it is recreational to be rich in contest and creativity. Teacher organizes the categorized interest activity groups, lets advanced students play a key role in the activity, so as to increase knowledge and develop ability in the activity. And the less advanced students can raise learning interest; strengthen study confidence in training the learning ability through participating in the activities.
