English activity can form many kinds of variety in design, such as role’s performance, singing, guessing, putting questions, narrating, visiting, interviewing, discussing and arguing, etc. regarding English language as a communicative tool. For instance, after learning First Aid, students are asked to the grass to organize student’s performance: suppose one student was hurt on the leg by a car, other students gave him first aid. When taught the text Birthday Party, teacher organize students to go on with role performance, let student prepare one birthday party of a classmate and everyone there is asked to speak English only in the party; after teaching Save the Earth, debates of industrial and agricultural, production and development, relation of environmental protection, population, economy, education were conducted. Through such a series activities, students learned to use English language to express their own views, in particular, they improved learner autonomy a lot. 2.7 Creating the best learning environment It is very important to create a good learning environment. It is believed that student’s psychology is under the influence of external environment. Teaching should pay attention to establishing democratic, equal teacher-student relationship in the classroom, and pay attention to the emotion communication between teachers and students. In the best learning environment, the teachers can arouse students’ knowledge desire constantly, can encourage students to overcome the difficulty in study constantly, can force students to produce exciting and happy sense of English language, van make students’ activity and expression more amiable. To create democratic, equal and harmonious environment in class, students are asked to be more honest and respectful to each other. The teacher also respects all of them and we discuss the issues equally, and everyone is free to present their different opinions and ideas. In such learning environment, everyone is freely to participate in communication and the learner will surely improve his language application ability. The activity can make the teaching course lively; can further the communication between the teacher and the students; can change the situation that the teacher put on a “one-man show;” can promote the understanding of each other of teachers and students; can accelerate the information feedback and thus make students’ every progress be represented in time. Finally, it can fully arouse the learning enthusiasm of student’s and improve the learning results. 2.8 Experimental results After two month’s teaching practice, the author happily found that all the students in this experiment have improved in different extences. Firstly, all the students aroused their learning motivation and interests in English study. Secondly, moat students found the right paths and methods that are suitable for them; they could study well no matter cooperating with others or independently; they can control over and take charge of their own learning. Thirdly, the less advanced students have strengthened self-confidence and keep catch with others with efforts constantly. Fourthly, all the students have made progress both in English language learning and in other subjects.
