摘要:Then the author would try to analyze what human resource management practitioners would face in organisational changes and give several suggestions on organisational culture management with the aid of the previous analysis.
1.0 Introduction
In a sense, each organisation has its culture. The question is whether it is weak or strong. Since 1980s, the discussion on organisational culture has drawn widespread attention. Sometimes organisational culture was simply equated with excellent organisational culture and caused misunderstanding that as long as there was an organisational culture it would greatly enhance its management and development. However, International Business Management people gradually clarified that different cultures would allow for different degrees of impacts on their employees. Both strong and weak organisational cultures have advantages and disadvantages. It is necessary to establish good strong culture. (Denison, R., 1990) This essay would first introduce strong and weak organisational cultures and reasons for them. The following part would be efforts on establishing good strong culture.
