摘要:本文是英语阅读论文,笔者认为隐性分层教学模式能够解决教学中存在的困扰。研究研究者为了证明隐性分层教学模式在高中英语教学中的可行性,在一所高中做了实验。
Chapter Four Research Results and Discussions
In this chapter, data have been collected and analyzed. SPSS 17.0 was used in it. Thedata of the questionnaire and the tests have been discussed. In the analysis, researchquestions were answered.
4.1 Data collection and analysis for questionnaires in EC and CC before the experiment
At first, the questionnaire was conducted before the experiment in EC and CC at thesecond week of this term. The results of the data indicate whether students’ interest,motivation, attitude, confidence and habit are different between EC and CC in Englishstudying before the experiment.From the Table 4.1, the data of the questionnaire show whether EC and CC students’interest, motivation, attitude, confidence and habit are different in English studying beforethe experiment.Q1-3 are about students’ interest in English studying.The data in Q1 show that 53 % of EC students do not like English lessons before theexperiment. In the proportion, 33% of EC students strongly dislike English lesson. 29 % ofEC students like English lessons before the experiment. In the proportion, 13% of ECstudents strongly like English lessons. In CC, 52 % of the students do not like Englishlessons before the experiment. In the proportion, 29% of CC students strongly dislikeEnglish lesson. 32 % of CC students like English lessons before the experiment. In theproportion, 13% of CC students strongly like English lessons. It is obvious that there is noobvious difference between EC students and CC students in Q1.

Conclusion
In this chapter, the results of this research are offered. The limitations of it are stated.Meanwhile, some advice for future researches is presented.In the research, the implicit graded instruction mode was used in EC, and thetraditional teaching mode was applied in CC. Questionnaires, tests, SPSS17.0 wereconducted during the experiment. By analyzing the test data of the two classes, the firstfinding was obtained. By analyzing questionnaire data before and after the experiment inEC, the second finding was gained. The findings were as follows:
1. By the experiment, the EC students have gotten rapid progress in word-guessingskills of English reading in the implicit graded instruction mode. It meant that the implicitgraded instruction mode was more effective than traditional teaching modes in Englishteaching in senior high schools.
