1.0 Introduction
To meet the challenges in the future, Wal-Mart has proposed new corporate strategies(Anonymity, 2010).This program is based on these strategies to develop three training programs for a group of graduates who will be Wal-Mart’s new managers: first is the training program of team cooperation which is formulated for Wal-Mart to build a strong enterprise culture (Tjosvold et al, 2005); second is the training program of an efficient communication for the strategies of understanding the challenges that retailers’ face and bringing forward corresponding solutions, as well as the strategies for Wal-Mart to play a role of a strong Leadership in the social affairs that customers pay much attention to (Huimin, 2004); third is the training program of leadership for the strategies of focusing on the development of high-level managers in Wal-Mart (Anonymity, 2010).
