The enterprises from Dalian Software Parks did not so agree that their enterprises procurement strategy had positive impacts on the market share and the growth rate of market share of companies, but the enterprises from Bangalore Software Science and Technology Park confirmed that their enterprises procurement strategy had positive impacts on market share of companies. The improvement of the ability of technological innovation, product quality, and English language skills was more important for Dalian Software Park (DSP), however, enterprises procurement strategy should not be ignored, because they are not essentially conflict. But for Bangalore Software Science and Technology Park (BSSTP), effective enterprises procurement strategy should be the primary concerned. Most of the enterprises in DSP did not realize the importance of procurement strategy. In addition, the enterprises in BSSTP have technical advantage and talent advantage, which made their procurement executives have comprehensive expertise, making them ponder questions more fully but not only consider price problems in the procurement process. The procurement (strategic purchasing) should be attached importance to in software industry, because procurement management can establish a low-cost competitive advantage. Procurement management is the core of enterprise management, an important source for gaining access to the operating profit, and it is also a source of competitive advantage. However, There are some shortcomings in this study:1) In this study, a questionnaire survey was adopted, and the research objective was the purchasing executives of the enterprises from Dalian Software Park (DSP) and Bangalore Software Science and Technology Park (BSSTP). Although the actual investigation was strived to meet the scientific principle, however, the answer was likely to be affected by the interference of subjective factors and objective factors, which made the answers of them may not fully reflect the real problem. In addition, respondents were located in two countries with diverse culture, thus, different language habits may not be conducive to the research; 2) the study did not consider the situational factors of enterprises, such as the size of the business, etc., and these factors can indeed affect enterprise performance. Therefore, the studies about the impact of enterprise situational factors on performance should also be conducted in the further research; 3) limited by the survey method, the number of the survey objective set up were only 30, respectively, and he number of questionnaires recovered ultimately were 20, respectively. Although the results obtained can illustrate certain problems, they were not comprehensively.  Because the enterprises surveyed from DSP and BBSTP only accounted for a small portion of the total enterprises of these two parks, respectively.
