商业战略
在现在的日子里,战略成为控制和利用公司资源的艺术。战略是角度,位置,计划,和模式的结合体。战略一方面是政策和更高需求目标之间的桥梁,另一方面又是战术或具体行动。商业战略包括如何经营企业,解决可能的威胁或把握机会。
战略的不同级别
战略有三个不同级别,它们分别是企业,业务和经营策略。
企业战略--关注企业的总体目标和范围,以满足利益相关者的期望。这是一个关键的级别,因为它会在商业中严重影响投资者,引导他们做出贯穿整个企业的战略决策。企业战略常常在“宗旨”中有明确陈述。
业务部门战略-更多地关注如何在特定市场中竞争成功。它涉及产品的选择,满足客户的需求,获得压倒竞争对手优势,开拓或创造新的机遇等方面的战略决策。
经营战略-关注企业中每一部门是如何传递公司、业务部门的战略方向。因此,经营战略重点关注资源问题,流程和员工等。

BUSINESS STRATEGY
In these days strategy is become the art of controlling and utilizing the resources of a company. 'Strategy is all theseaa‚¬'it is perspective, position, plan, and pattern. Strategy is the bridge between policy or high-order goals on the one hand and tactics or concrete actions on the other. How to run the business, possible threats or opportunities are in business strategy.
Different Levels of strategy
There are three different levels of strategy which are corporate, business, operational strategy.
Corporate Strategy - is concerned with the overall purpose and scope of the business to meet stakeholder expectations. This is a crucial level since it is heavily influenced by investors in the business and acts to guide strategic decision-making throughout the business. Corporate strategy is often stated explicitly in a 'mission statement'.
Business Unit Strategy - is concerned more with how a business competes successfully in a particular market. It concerns strategic decisions about choice of products, meeting needs of customers, gaining advantage over competitors, exploiting or creating new opportunities etc.
Operational Strategy - is concerned with how each part of the business is organised to deliver the corporate and business-unit level strategic direction. Operational strategy therefore focuses on issues of resources, processes, people etc
