Co-opetition combined the two concepts together one is competition and the other is cooperation, is about how to create value for the enterprise and the value of the theory. As market economy develops so rapidly, the competition is inevitable, the competition cannot be avoided. The positive significance of co-opetition model lies in producing force, achieving multi-win-win situation.
In the marketing process, the competition is beneficial to the joint trade enterprise capital, brand and marketing combination of strategies occupy, produce enterprise more resonance and force, realizing multi-win-win situation. Through the effective competition, the promotion enterprise's overall strength, promote the sound development of the enterprise; enhance the enterprise's business level. It ensures enterprise assets in reasonable cycle using credit growth. Both to the society, the enterprise and the customer, it is mutual benefitial.
