ABSTRACT
The phenomena of employee turnover in the hospitality organization are always being focused on by managers and the academics because employees are central to hospitality and service, and employee’s attitudes and behaviours play a vital role in the quality of service. And this problem has many relationships with employees’ working satisfaction and corporation’s encouragement. Working satisfaction can reduce absence and employee turnover, it also can reduce the rate of accidents. The investigation of working satisfaction reflects the status of human resource in the corporation, through this, positive reactions can be made, and encouragement system can
